Welcome to my corner of the internet, where behind the pink blazers, long nails, & champagne glass emojis, I chat all things business, branding, and creating more revenue in your business or private practice.

I am a Registered Dietitian turned business coach and my mission is making sales feel fun, empowering, and ethical, not sleazy or awkward.  I believe deep down a key part of my own success and the success of my clients is using client attraction strategies that are ethical and align to your own core values. 

I crafted my integrity-driven sales and marketing frameworks, which have helped hundreds of clients sell their offers more effortlessly without icky cold DM pitching nor outdated tactics.

I am a 30-something, leopard print loving, Jersey girl and I live in my dream home with my husband and 2 cats. I have an appreciation for aesthetic lattes, steamy romance novels, and 2am heart-to-heart conversations (fellow night owls where you at?!)

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I believe in leading with compassion, acting within integrity, and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome to learn and grow, no matter your race, religion, sexual orientation, or financial status.
